On the Path

This collection features approximately three dozen poems written by Mr. Hunter during his youth, offering reflections on the inspirations behind his work. Drawing from a diverse and impactful background—ranging from social work and advocacy to teaching and HIV education—his poetry explores themes of love, loss, identity, and resilience. Currently residing in Cambodia amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Hunter’s writings are influenced by his life experiences and extensive work with vulnerable communities across Southeast Asia.
