When professional snowboarder Cullen inherits an old Colorado hotel, he's faced with the challenge of managing the property and his feelings for its current manager, Matt. Matt, who has been in charge of Treeline Estates for years and is close to inheriting it himself, finds himself conflicted about his growing attraction to Cullen.
