The House of Painted Souls

Thirteen steps in a haunted mansion serve as the entrance to a gateway of hell, where a demented artist crafts a portal involving human sacrifice and an army of the dead. A local mortician with the ability to communicate with the dead and a newspaper writer, who grew up nearby, team up to confront the emerging threat. The story unfolds as they face supernatural dangers to protect their community from an impending evil.
