The Choke

Justine, a girl raised by her troubled Pop after being abandoned by her mother and kept largely away from her volatile father, finds solace in a narrow stretch of the Murray River called The Choke. Unaware of her father's criminal background and the dangers lurking around her, she must navigate her challenging world on her own. As she begins to piece together her reality, she faces a difficult understanding of her circumstances and the choices ahead.
