Dovis

Sold into slavery as a child, Mari is surprised to gain her freedom and a new job aboard the Vorge ship, where she hopes to prove herself and stay safe. The ship’s security officer, Dovis, initially dislikes humans and wants her gone, but he finds himself increasingly drawn to Mari’s shy and kind nature. Their evolving relationship explores themes of attraction and trust amidst a backdrop of danger and danger from past influences, all set within a sci-fi environment.
