After a young Legend's death, the residents of West Haven face new challenges as a mysterious figure named Ashby begins selling a dangerous drug that threatens the town. With the adults preoccupied with larger issues, the young heroes must work together, even as personal relationships and insecurities complicate their efforts to stop Ashby and uncover the truth behind the drug's impact.
