After the cheer squad is unexpectedly shrunk, Annabelle Keener, the president of Blaylock U, steps in to manage the situation and ends up acquiring a shrink ray. Determined to advance her plans to take over a rival college, she restores Rebecca to her normal size, enlists Shae to assist in the laboratory, and pushes for the development of more shrink rays.
