Courage for the Home Front Girls

Set in Manchester during 1940, this story follows Betty and her best friend Sally as they contribute to the war effort through their work and volunteer efforts. When Betty volunteers to help a bookseller support troops overseas, she becomes involved in uncovering a theft that impacts her friend.
