In 1875 New Mexico Territory, a mysterious stranger with a shackle on his wrist arrives in the wary town of Absolution, where fear rules and outsiders are unwelcome. When alien marauders descend from the sky, abducting residents and threatening the town’s existence, the stranger must confront his past and unlock a secret that could turn the tide. Teamed with daring allies, including a wanderer named Ella and the town's own inhabitants, he prepares for a dramatic battle to save Absolution from annihilation.
