The Damascened Blade

In 1910 on the Northwest Frontier of India, a tense peace is disrupted by violence involving a Pathan prince and hostages, threatening to ignite war. Twelve years later, Joe Sandilands, visiting his old army friend on the Afghan border, becomes involved in uncovering the truth behind the deadly skirmish.
