A Toast to the Old Stones

Set in 1968, this story follows the fishermen of Kinloch as they partake in their historic celebration at the Auld Stones, while young Hamish, the first mate on the Girl Maggie, is excited to join this exclusive event. Meanwhile, a local hotel’s new owners attempt to enforce sobriety through high whisky prices, prompting skipper Sandy Hoynes to devise a plan to help the villagers access affordable spirits. When authorities become aware of their efforts, the characters face unforeseen challenges, with hints of past connections adding intrigue to their journey.
