The Luminaries

Set in the mysterious town of Hemlock Falls, this story follows Winnie Wednesday as she strives to join the ancient Luminaries who protect the town from forest monsters and nightmares. After her family's fall from grace, Winnie aims to prove her loyalty and restore her family's reputation by passing deadly trials on her 16th birthday. With the help of her former friend and troublemaker Jay Friday, Winnie uncovers lurking dangers in the forest that threaten everyone in Hemlock Falls, revealing that not all monsters can be defeated and not all nightmares stay in the dark.
