Once Upon a Haunted Moor

Gideon Frayne, a dedicated policeman in Bodmin Moor’s village of Dark, faces his first missing-child case, complicated by the unexpected involvement of a psychic, Lee Tyack. As they work together, Gideon grapples with personal feelings and the mysterious forces at play in the village, including local legends of the Bodmin Beast. With the clock ticking on Halloween night, Gideon must confront both external dangers and internal revelations to save the child—and himself.
