From Here to Fourteenth Street

Set in 1894 New York City's Lower East Side, this story follows Irish cop Tom McGlory and Italian immigrant Vita Caputo as they navigate love and societal challenges amid a backdrop of political corruption and social change. Vita transforms from sweatshop worker to reformer, while Tom works undercover against corruption, both facing personal and family struggles. Their love must withstand the hardships of poverty, prejudice, and evil forces threatening to tear them apart.
