Merlin is sent to the future to find five young cousins with the magus trait and guide them on a dangerous quest in Dark Age Britain during the time of King Arthur. Separated and faced with formidable threats like wolves, trolls, dragons, and shape-shifters, they must unite to protect a young boy from a powerful shamaness intent on killing him and eliminating their group.
