From Flourishing to Languishing

This study explores how churches in Western Canada and Ontario adapted to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on their ministry models and responses to maintain congregational health. It highlights the significant disruptions experienced by pastors and congregations, as well as the innovative solutions and growth opportunities that emerged. The research provides insights into the impact on various aspects of church life, including worship, discipleship, and pastoral care, with an eye toward supporting the church’s recovery and future resilience.
