Set in a world shaped by the aftermath of Goliath, this story explores the ongoing struggles women face due to the virus's lingering effects. Matt finds himself engaged with a support group at a local coffeeshop, where he observes the stories and experiences of the women there. The narrative takes a turn as Claire, one of the newcomers, deals with Long Goliath, a rare virus variant that causes women to grow in size unless they take a specific pill.
