Slipsong

Peruka, an eight-year-old who hears music no one else does, struggles with the pain and distraction it causes in her life. When her family moves to a city amid rising unrest, she faces new challenges, especially after getting separated from her pappy during a riot. As she navigates her environment, she confronts the overwhelming and discordant sounds of the city, leading to a tense and testing experience.
