The Carnival Master

During Cologne’s Carnival, detective Jan Fabel is called upon to track down the notorious Carnival Cannibal, a violent serial killer targeting during the city's famous festivities. Meanwhile, Fabel’s deputy, Maria Klee, pursues her own dangerous investigation against a formidable adversary. Simultaneously, a Ukrainian special-forces team prepares for an undercover operation to dismantle a criminal empire. As these urgent missions unfold, multiple forces collide in a tense confrontation that challenges Fabel’s greatest foes and tests his resolve.
