The Magician

Set in Paris's bohemian café society at the turn of the nineteenth century, this gothic horror story explores themes of hypnotism and the occult, inspired by the figure of black magician Aleister Crowley. The story follows Arthur and his fiancée Margaret as their plans for an idyllic life are challenged by their encounter with the enigmatic and unsettling Oliver Haddo.
