In a post-apocalyptic world, a group of young people is chosen by Australian scientists to build a sustainable island community based on principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Cam Mackintosh, one of the selected individuals, navigates feelings of loneliness and homesickness while discovering a sense of belonging and purpose. His journey of self-discovery leads him to connect with other similar communities and face a life-changing decision.
