Protective Assignment

Cade Thatcher, on the mend from injuries sustained in Afghanistan, picks up a hitchhiker named River Robertson, who is clearly running from something. As their paths intertwine, Cade’s protective instincts grow stronger, especially when a threatening cult leader targets River. With his own past and injuries weighing on him, Cade is determined to do whatever it takes to keep her safe.
