Nemesis

An alien crash-lands on Earth and, escaping unnoticed, aims to conquer the planet to ensure her species' survival by possessing humans and taking over a small Georgia town. The U.S. government responds by deploying covert mercenaries tasked with eliminating her and anyone she has possessed.
