The Accidental Time Machine

Grad-school dropout Matt Fuller, working as a research assistant at MIT, discovers a mysterious machine that appears to function as a time portal. As he experiments with sending objects—and eventually himself—through time, he finds himself embroiled in unexpected consequences, including interactions with the future and encounters with legal trouble. His journey becomes a quest to find a safe point in time where he can stop his travels for good.
