Dr. Carly Cambridge, a dedicated wildlife biologist, returns to her hometown on the Texas Gulf Coast to restore wetlands and woods, focusing intently on her environmental work after a past heartbreak. Wildlife photographer Pat Ryan is reluctantly drawn into Carly’s project, leading to a humorous and tense dynamic as they clash and coexist amidst a threatening hurricane.
