When hockey star Billie-Jo Barker returns to her hometown to join the local men's hockey league, she faces opposition from some residents who struggle with seeing a woman on their team. As she navigates a small-town battle of the sexes, Billie also finds herself contending with her feelings for Logan Forest, the man who once broke her heart and now shares the ice with her.
