Summer brings excitement and new challenges for Mara as she steps into her role as head lifeguard for the fourth year, sharing the position with Clay. While their work interactions increase, Clay's unexpected interest in spending time outside of work causes Mara to reassess her impressions of him. As their relationship develops, Mara begins to question whether the person she is getting to know is truly who they seem to be.
