During a deadly theft at a marine laboratory, a terror group acquires a dangerous nerve agent, leading to nationwide attacks in the United States. A team of six former operatives, known as OUTCAST, unites to counter these threats after being dismissed from their previous organizations. As the President becomes a target, OUTCAST is determined to prove that their unconventional approach may be America's best hope for survival.
