After nearly twenty years without work, Mike and his friends Brian, Steven, and Keith start flipping houses in Angel Hill, but their first project uncovers unsettling and supernatural happenings. As each of them encounters strange phenomena linked to the house they are renovating, their plans turn into a terrifying ordeal with no clear escape.
