The Price of Peace

After the war's end, Izzy Umboto takes command of her own ship, the less-than-cutting-edge Patton, to maintain peace in a galaxy still rife with unrest. Lieutenant Terrence Tordon, a dedicated marine known as "Trouble," joins her crew in search of action and purpose. As they navigate the challenges of post-war space, they confront powerful remnants of the Unity Party and pervasive piracy, discovering that enforcing peace often comes with significant human costs.
