When computer whiz-kid Peter Keithly dies unexpectedly after transferring a betting formula onto computer tape, his friend Jonathan Perry comes into possession of the tapes. As powerful and unscrupulous men pursue the lucrative software, tensions rise, leading to a dangerous encounter with the ruthless Angelo. Fourteen years later, Angelo is released from jail, intensifying the urgency to secure the tapes and confront the past.
