A Series of Murders

Charles Paris, a reluctant actor, is enjoying a three-month stint playing a comic sidekick in a TV series, despite a behind-the-scenes atmosphere filled with tension and friction. When an actress connected to the show is killed, Charles begins to question whether her death was truly accidental. As he investigates in his own unpolished way, he finds that the dangers he faces are very real, contrasting with the fictional detective world he's portraying.
