Billette Hall

Set in 1858 in the southern United States, "Billette Hall" is a gripping historical fiction horror/thriller that follows a brave 15-year-old girl named Marion as she leads a group of escaped slaves on a perilous four-day journey to safety. Armed with only a revolver and her courage, she must navigate the dangers of slave catchers, bounty hunters, and a terrifying, axe-wielding pursuer. The story combines suspense and horror elements, uncovering nightmares far more frightening than captivity itself.
