Chance Hightower awakens in a hospital emergency room with no memory of how he arrived after an ATV accident. As medical tests are prepared, he is comforted by a radiology technician communicating through a headset, though he cannot see him. Tensions rise when the emergency room begins to experience power irregularities, adding an atmosphere of uncertainty.
