The Night on the Darling River

Set against the tumultuous backdrop of 1894 Echuca, Victoria, this historical adventure follows Tess Hawthorn as she escapes an abusive marriage and becomes entangled in the chaos of rising river waters and unions' tensions. Mistaken for a Scab amidst a conflict between union and non-union shearers, she finds herself aboard the PS Rodney, where her past and present collide with Bram Kempster, a childhood love.
