Tally Cat Keeps Track

Tally McNally, an enthusiastic alley cat, loves keeping track of various contests and often comes out on top. When he sets out to become the "wettest cat" on a rainy day, he takes his competition a little too far and finds himself in trouble. His friends, who have experienced many of Tally’s wins, work together to find a way to help him.
