After witnessing the horrors of gang violence and drug-related chaos in Detroit, Agent Charles Smith chooses to retire from his career in London and settle in the city. Disguised and operating at night, he begins to confront the criminal elements that plague his new home, becoming a mysterious figure unknown to the police. As he takes on this daring mission, his presence remains elusive, marked only by the glimpse of his black Jaguar.
