Helen Jones was born and raised in South Wales and studied astrophysics before working as an instrument scientist and project and programme manager. In 2019, she took a planned one-year career break to begin writing and has continued ever since. The Domino Man, a Cardiff-set cold-case mystery and her debut novel, is the first book in the Kendall Institute series.
