Tia Fisher is a children’s author from south-east England who writes middle-grade and young adult fiction in both prose and verse. Her debut teen verse novel, Crossing the Line, won the 2024 Carnegie Shadowers’ Medal and the 2024 UKLA Prize. Her writing explores gritty, realistic issues affecting young people, including exploitation, coercion, consent, friendship and courage.
