David Spade is an American comedian, actor, and writer whose writing career began with sketch comedy and satire as a writer and performer on Saturday Night Live. He later wrote the memoir Almost Interesting (2015) and created and performed the Audible Original memoir A Polaroid Guy in a Snapchat World (2018), both combining autobiographical storytelling with sardonic, observational humor.
