Anne Louise O'Connell is a Canadian author, developmental editor, and hybrid publisher based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She began writing books in 2007 after a 17-year career in public relations and published her debut novel, Mental Pause, in 2013, which won an IPPY Award. Her crime-fiction series includes Deep Deceit and Deep Freeze, while her other work includes travel memoir and expat writing; she also founded OC Publishing in 2016.
