Pamela Redmond Satran is an American author of fiction and nonfiction who began her writing career in journalism and fashion publishing, including work as an editor at Glamour. She co-authored numerous books about personal names with Linda Rosenkrantz and co-founded Nameberry. Her novels include Younger, which inspired the television series of the same name, its sequel Older, and The Possibility of You; she has also written humor and self-help books.
