Rachel Rowlands is a British author and freelance fiction editor based in Greater Manchester. After earning a degree in English and Creative Writing, she built a full-time editing career and has worked on more than 200 books for writers and publishers including Hachette, HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, and Audible. She writes heartfelt, cosy romances, including the Cat Café Romance series published by Hodder & Stoughton, as well as the independently published Nethervale fantasy-romance series.
