Kris Bryant is a multi-award-winning contemporary lesbian romance author born in Tacoma, Washington, who now considers Kansas City home. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Missouri and published her first novel, Jolt, with Bold Strokes Books in 2014; the book became a Lambda Literary Award finalist.
