Kyra Dumoulin is a children’s book author who began creating stories with her grandfather, Papa Rick, inspired by their adventures in the Rocky Mountains. Together they developed Kaboose the Rocky Mountain Bear, a character based on Kyra’s childhood imagination and their family’s outdoor experiences. Kyra is working toward a career in healthcare while continuing to develop the Kaboose children’s book series.
