Sheena Dempsey is an Irish-born children's author and illustrator who studied illustration at Kingston University. She has illustrated more than 30 children's books, and the Pablo and Splash series is her first work as both author and illustrator. The series grew from a pandemic-era webcomic and follows two time-travelling penguins through humorous adventures.
