Jon Winokur is an American writer and editor known for nonfiction, humor, quotation anthologies, and reference books. He originated the Curmudgeon franchise, including The Portable Curmudgeon, and wrote Advice to Writers, The Big Book of Irony, and The Rich Are Different. He also coauthored celebrity memoirs with James Garner and Burt Reynolds, including The Garner Files and But Enough About Me.
