C.J. Carella, also known as Carlos J. Martijena-Carella, is an American novelist and tabletop role-playing game designer. He began his writing career in the 1990s, contributing to games from Steve Jackson Games, Palladium Books, and Eden Studios, including the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Roleplaying Game. He later moved into fiction, writing science fiction, fantasy, horror, and LitRPG novels, including the Warp Marine Corps, Eternal Journey, Godkiller Chronicles, and Dungeon Apocalypse series.
