Karen Foxlee is an Australian author who writes literary fiction for adults, young adults, and children. Her debut novel, The Anatomy of Wings, was published in 2007 and won major awards including the Dobbie Award and the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize for Best First Book. She later became known for acclaimed middle-grade and young adult novels such as Ophelia and the Marvelous Boy, Lenny’s Book of Everything, and Dragon Skin.
