Norma Curtis is a British novelist and short-story writer who was born and raised in North Wales and now lives in North London. Her first published novel, Living It Up, Living It Down, won the Romantic Novelists’ Association New Writers’ Award and was selected for the WHSmith Fresh Talent promotion. She later chaired the Romantic Novelists’ Association, earned an MA in prose fiction, and has written contemporary and historical stories centered on love, loss, courage, warmth, and humor, sometimes under the pen name Sophie Jenkins.
